The Canopy

Actually, it is not one but two canopies Christ possesses, the one that he glitters everyday in the main altar, and the other one he glitters in the processions. Just for its status of preservation, Christ has been receiving different oblations of canopies. The last restoration of the canopy that accompanies this image in its journey by the streets of the city dates back to 1995.
